This formula will cover these deficiencies to nourish these areas according to Chinese Medicine.

Description of herbal formula according to Chinese Medicine:

Dang gui:

(Radicis Angelicae Sinensis) Tonifies the Heart and Liver blood deficiencies that may manifest in anemia, dizziness, blurred vision and palpitations. This herb invigorates the blood circulation not only to help with the dizziness but also relieves pain.

Shu di huang:

(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata) Nourishes the blood, typical signs include dizziness, palpitations, pale complexion, and insomnia. This herb treats blood deficiency and lack of nourishment that may lead to dizziness, while tonifying the liver and kidney yin.

Bai shao:

(Radix Paeoniae Alba) Nourishes the liver to calm liver yang and liver wind that manifest in dizziness, tinnitus, irritability, headache, vertigo and poor balance and possibly a feeling of heaviness on top and lightness at the feet.

E Jiao:

( Colla Corii Asini) Tonifies the blood of the liver and heart that may manifest in dizziness, palpitations or anemia.

He shou wi:

(Radix Polygoni Multiflori) Nourishes the blood of the Liver and Kidney to treat blood and jing deficiencies that manifest as soreness and weakness of the lower back and knees, dizziness and blurred vision. Eliminates toxins and retards the aging process.

Huang jing:

(Rhizoma Polygonati) Tonifies the Kidney essence to improve cognitive function, dizziness, vertigo, and blurred vision.

Huang qi:

Tonifies the Qi that may manifest in fatigue, tired extremities, loose stools due to Spleen deficiency. Tonifies the defensive Qi and help to build the immune system. This is a great Qi tonic for those who are deficient.

Wu ling cha:

(Folium Camellia Sinensis Fermentata) Detoxifies and clears heat that may manifest in fatigue, dizziness, inability to concentrate, weakness.

Ge gen:

(Radix Puerariae) Has been found to effectively relieve neck stiffness, headache and dizziness.

Tian ma:

(Rhizoma Gastrodiae) Is unique in that it extinguishes liver wind and fire, anchors yang, dispels phlegm, without drying yin. It is useful in both excess and deficient conditions. Tian ma has excellent therapeutic functions to dispel liver wind with an underlying deficiency presenting in dizziness and headache.

Dan shen:

(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae) Improves micro circulation that can sometimes be the root cause of dizziness.

Gou teng:

(Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis) Clears heat and pacifies liver yang rising that can manifest in headache, feelings of distention in the head, dizziness, tinnitus, and heavy-headed sensations.

Bai ji li:

(Fructus Tribuli) This herb pacifies the liver and anchors yang by entering the liver channels to treat disorders of the head caused by rising liver yang. Symptoms may include blurred vision, a bitter taste in the mouth, headache, dizziness, and vertigo.

Recommended to drink 2-3 cups daily for 3 months.
