Description of herbal formula according to Chinese Medicine:

Jin qian cao:

(Hera Lysimachiae) Drains damp heat and helps to expel uric acid from the body through urination.

Cang zhu:

(Rhizoma Atractylodis) Strengthens the Spleen and Stomach to resolve dampness and swelling.

Ji xue teng:

(Caulis Spatholobi) Opens the channels and collaterals to activate blood circulation. Relaxes the tendons.

Che qian zi:

(Semen Plantaginis) Drains damp heat and helps to expel uric acid from the body.

Ma bian cao:

(Herba Verbenae) Activates blood circulation, disperses blood stagnation to treat joint soreness and pain. Clears heat for swollen joints.

Sang zhi:

(Ramlus Mori) Is used to treat painful swelling in the joints and tightness in the tendons and muscles. Reduces swelling and inflammation.

He zi:

(Fructus Chebulae) Astringent herb that reduces swelling and inflammation.

Ze xie:

(Rhizoma Alismatis) Reduces uric acid from the joints.

Huang bai:

(Cortes Phellodendri) Reduces the inflammation and burning sensation. Anti-inflammatory effect.

Sheng di Huang:

(Radix Rehmanniae) Clears heat and sedates fire to reduce inflammation, swelling and pain.

Yi yi ren:

(Semen Coicis) Strenghens the Spleen and Stomach to resolve dampness and swelling.

Qin Jiao:

(Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae) It treats musculoskeletal and joint disorders, whether acute or chronic with redness, swelling and inflammation. It relieves stiffness and tightness in the joints.

Chi Shao:

(Cortex Phellodendri) Activates blood circulation and relieves pain.

Recommended to drink 2-4 cups daily until gout has disappeared. This formula may be taken at reduced dosages for maintenance and prevention.

    Four to five associated with this juice has to be consumed weekly to obtain the desired result. However, it is important to have the doctor’s opinion first before you take these oral medications because these could have negative side effects around the body.
